Dear Yogis:
Please join us this
Sunday to raise money to help aid the relief
efforts in Haiti. This country and its
people need our love, our prayers and our
support. There is no charge for the classes,
but there is a request for donations that will be
sent to the American Refugee Committee, an A+
rated charity. http://www.arcrelief.org
To make this event
accessible to all, the first class at 2pm will be
a gentle yoga class, followed by a more
vigorous Vinyasa practice at 3pm. Come for one
or stay for both. Bring your friends,
co-workers, neighbors and help to raise much
needed funds for our brothers and sisters in
Haiti.
