Detox Slow Flow Yoga

This class is a great way to clean up your body and your mind with slow flowing yoga movements in a warm room. A sequence of specific poses are assimilated to help increase circulation, release tensions and toxins, and aid in moving lymphatic fluids through your body, boosting your immune system and improving your overall health.

The Slow Flow Detox Yoga sequence is also great for firming up, de-bloating, resetting the metabolism and cleansing the inner body. It's also a great time to release that stress that you've been holding on to! Join us for this class and create a great inward and outward glow!

 

 

Yoga Therapy for Anger Management

Irritable? Bite back words? Did that car just cut you off? Blood pressure higher than it needs to be? If this sounds familiar, then this class is for you. Some of us suppress anger, some deny it, and others express it way too much. This class uses yoga postures & breathing to connect to the well of anger that resides within - our joints, our spines & muscular structure. We will use breath, standing poses and core work to unlock the path of peace within the mind and body

This is a transformational event using vibrational sound to awaken healing and the energetic body.  Our bodies are mostly water, and sound waves move through water mass.  Crystal singing bowls are perfectly tuned to create energetic vibrational sounds to balance, stimulate and awaken healing in the body.   This is a chance to accelerate energetic healing,  raise your vibrational frequency and bring the body/mind to balance.

The universe is in a state of vibration. The frequency of vibration that is natural to a particular being is called its resonance. When healthy, all parts of a body resonate with the vibrational frequency of the complete being. When unhealthy, part of the being is vibrating out of harmony or is blocked, so parts of the physicality are compromised, be it the nerves, blood vessels, cells, or structure (skeleton) due to the vibrations being unable to innervate these parts.
