One2Yoga Studio is located in the Township of Donelson Tennessee, a part of the Greater Nashville Metropolitan Area. It is conveniently located near the Nashville International Airport, numerous hotels and restaurants and the Opryland Entertainment Multiplex.
Our hours are detailed on the schedule posted on this website; generally there is a morning class, lunch-time class and early evening classes Monday thru Saturday.



Directions from Downtown Nashville
1: Take I-24 E from any Downtown Loop entry.
2: Merge onto I-40 E toward KNOXVILLE
3: Exit DONELSON PIKE/TN-255 N via EXIT 216C.
4: End at 223 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN 37214



Directions from Madison -North Nashville
1. Take GALLATIN PIKE S/ TN-6 S/ US-31E S.
2 .Left onto BRILEY PKWY/ TN-155 E
3. Exit 8A to LEBANON PIKE/ TN-24 E/ US-70 E toward DONELSON.
4. Turn RIGHT onto DONELSON PIKE/ TN-255
5. End at 223 Donelson Pike, Nashville, TN 37214
