Keri began her yoga journey in 2002 at the local YMCA but was introduced to the deeper philosophical and spiritual aspects at One2Yoga in 2004. After practicing in this studio for less than year, she knew this was home! Keri became certified as an instructor by International Yoga Institute in 2005. She teaches a gentle, flowing style of yoga called Ananda (meaning “bliss”) which incorporates positive affirmations and a focus on preparing the body and mind for meditation. Keri lives on Old Hickory lake with her dog Jali and a backyard full of lovely but noisy birds.
