Colleen Smallwood- received her Yoga Teacher Certification from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California. She is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years experience in the Health and Wellness Industry and an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. Her teaching style reflects the nature of loving yourself and your body through holistic practices.
