The schedule below runs through June 24th and will resume again July 2.  Scroll down to the end of the page for the schedule June 25 – July 1.  Our Nashville Yoga Studio offers classes seven days a week. Please click on each teacher’s name beside class listing for more information on that teacher.

8:15 a – Yoga Rx – Gentle – Jan 

5:30 p – Beginners and Beyond Yoga – Brent

7:00 pm – Meditation with Charity Pilkinton, July 12th only $15 (not part of a series package)

 If you only register for the 4 week series, you cannot do any make ups during the extra week in June.  All 4 week series registrants must use their class credits by June 24. You can however, purchase single classes ($15) during the 5th week schedule for those classes that will be held.
