Our wish as parents: “time for ourselves and time to connect with the family.” You can combine both into the same hour at our new Family Yoga class. Grab your mat and your toddler; tote on over to the HipDonelson area for some lasting family memories at one2yoga healing center.Partner with your toddler in yoga poses, games, music, & breathing exercises that help strengthen coordination and build body awareness. We will bark in downward dog, hiss in cobra pose, flutter our wings in butterfly as we take a yoga journey to the zoo, the jungle, the beach, or wherever our magic mats take us that day.
Kids with learn to lean on their parents for support. Parents and toddlers will learn how to become flexible with one another, a great family skill to enhance!
This interactive approach allows parents to strengthen their own spirit while continuing to support their growing child. Parent and child will both gain valuable wisdom: healthy minds create healthy bodies which in turn create healthy relationships.

$90 for the 6 classes for one adult and one child (that’s only $15 per class!) $5 for each additional person, per class

Karen Kipke, Teacher
Karen has studied yoga in Taiwan and India, where she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Ayurveda Retreat Hospital in Coonoor. She also has a prenatal yoga teacher certification from YoMama Family Wellness Center in Boulder Colorado. She is certified to teach the full spectrum of Fertility, Pre-Natal, Post-Partum and Mommy & Me classes. As Karen’s family grew she continued to study toddler yoga, using the ABC’s of Yoga for Kids as her guide.
